Background: Susen studied psychology at the Dresden University of Technology with specialisation on differential Neuropsychology and Engineering Psychology. She worked as a research assistant on gaze interfaces and eye tracking at the institute for Engineering Psychology. Susen wrote her final thesis on the relation between visual attention and emotional stimuli by means of gaze movements.

At CURE, Susen's main focus are methodological developments on user interface evaluations in various domains.
