Background: Sebastian studied media computer science at Vienna University of Technology with a focus on human-computer interaction and design. In his thesis, he developed a new concept for a document-oriented business modeling system. Besides his activities at CURE he also studies sociology at the University of Vienna with a focus on sociological technology studies.

At CURE, Sebastian deals with usability and user experience evaluation as well as interaction design. A strong focus in his work is on the field of Ambient Assisted Living and advanced interfaces.
