Background: Johann studied education sience, sociology and group dynamics, holds a master's degree in adult education (University of Graz) and is a skilled trainer for team and organizational development. His previous activities include teaching of qualitative data analysis (University of Graz), jobcoaching trainer at the bfi Wien, freelance activities in the fields of team development and adult education.

At CURE, Johann is responsible for the usability engineering lab development. He is dealing with issues on usability engineering analysis, methodology and techniques. Furthermore he is working on several research projects.
